  1. Intensive / Crash driving course is it for me?

This depends a little on your personality, and ability to adapt to new things, intensive & crash driving courses are not only more frequent lessons over a short period of time the actual teaching will be more intensive. You will be working towards a dead line, i.e. your driving test date. You will not have the luxury of several months to prepare for your driving test. Our intensive driving instructors will offer you 100% commitment; in return you will also need to give the same amount of dedication.

Taking that aside, intensive / crash driving courses can be exhilarating, and very rewarding. If you need to pass your driving test within a short period of time, and do not wish to take several months to do it, then an intensive course is for you.

Intensive driving courses also work very well for people who lead a busy life style, and feel they forget most of what they have learned from the previous driving lesson on the 1 lesson per week ratio.

Intensive / crash courses are also not only for the confident pupils, in our experience nervous students also benefit, rather than going through the stress, and nerves of a lesson each week. It seems better for them to get it done, and out the way as quick as possible.

The downsides to doing an intensive / crash driving course of lessons is the initial outlay of funds, not everyone has a few hundred pounds spare, or are able to take a week off work, or time away from college. Intensive course’s can be quite strenuous, mentally, and physically demanding.

• The initial out lay of money
• Taking time of work, or college
• Physically and mentally demanding

What does the intensive course involve?

The intensive courses consist of 6 hours training a day, with a break for lunch. Your practical test will be arranged for the afternoon of the last day of your course. Usually you will be picked up at 08.00, and train until 12.00 have an hour lunch break then do a further 2 hours of driver training in the afternoon. In our experience this amount of driving in one day is the optimum driver training duration maximising the instructors and pupils time.
